Located on the territory of Shusha city, a public legal entity carrying out activities in the field of restoration, protection, study, exploitation and popularization of monuments. The Reserve was established according to the decree of President Ilham Aliyev on June 22, 2021 "On Establishment of Shusha City State Reserve".
